AutoKliq is an AI-powered YouTube thumbnail generation platform. We provide:

• Audience analysis using your YouTube channel data
• AI-generated thumbnail concepts and strategies
• Credit-based usage system for service features

AutoKliq uses YouTube API Services. By using AutoKliq with your YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person is permitted

• Free Tier: 300 credits per month
• Core Tier: 3,000 credits per month
• Pro Tier: 6,000 credits per month
• Credits are consumed when using service features
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for money. Credits spent on an operation that fails are returned to your balance automatically.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next period
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Current prices are listed on the pricing page.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the Free plan.
• Payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, except where required by law.

Regarding content you upload:

• You retain ownership of images you upload
• You grant us a license to process your content for service delivery
• You represent that you have the rights to upload all content
• You are responsible for ensuring content compliance with applicable laws

Important disclaimers about AI-generated thumbnails:

• Thumbnails are AI-generated suggestions, not professional advice
• We make no guarantees regarding CTR, views, or performance
• You must review all generated content before publishing
• AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for YouTube Terms of Service compliance
• Generated content is produced with third-party AI models: Google Gemini (text and analysis) and OpenAI (images)

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content
• Infringe on copyrights or trademarks
• Upload harassment or harmful content
• Abuse the service or use automated access methods
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created

• The AutoKliq service and technology are owned by Ipsum AI LLC
• You retain rights to content you upload
• You may freely use thumbnails we generate for you

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. YouTube API access is subject to Google's terms and conditions.

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for lost revenue, traffic, subscribers, or algorithm changes.

You agree to indemnify Ipsum AI LLC against claims arising from:

• Content you upload
• Thumbnails you publish
• Your violations of YouTube's Terms of Service
• Intellectual property infringement claims

• We may terminate accounts for Terms of Service violations
• You may ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us (see Contact below)
• Data will be deleted according to our retention policy

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
